LawnStarter is seeking a Data Governance lead to own data quality, lineage, and security across the analytics platform. You will shepherd the migration to Lightdash, establish a governed semantic layer, and ensure AI data readiness.

This hands-on role requires writing code, setting standards, and aligning with product, marketing, ops, and finance. You will build scalable governance, automate checks, and grow the team by hiring a Lead Analytics Engineer once the foundation is in place, all while
