Donaldson is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and delivery commitments, ensuring on-time manufacturing results. You will monitor the progress of orders, address potential delays, and maintain accurate ERP data to reflect status and capacity.

The role requires intermediate English, strong Excel skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Formación

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Effective coordination and follow-up with interplant operations.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and delivery commitments.
  • Monitor the progress of manufacturing orders and proactively address potential delays.
  • Maintain accurate production data and order status within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability and schedule adherence.
  • Tracking and communication of production priorities and schedule changes.
  • Generate reports and analyze key performance indicators related to production and delivery performance.
  • Support capacity planning and workload balancing activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in inventory planning, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Manufacturing industry experience.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Planning in MTO Manufacturing Environments
  • Knowledge of MRP/ERP planning systems.
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization mindset.
