Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. in Chihuahua is seeking a seasoned reporting and analysis professional to deliver high-level business insights and maintain robust reporting operations.

You will support customers and internal users by applying domain knowledge and guiding peers, while ensuring data integrity and adherence to IT standards. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and refining reports, providing training to less experienced AutoZoners, and proposing process improvements to accelerate delivery

Qualifications

• High business knowledge to propose solutions and deliver results.
• Experience with data reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
• Familiarity with WebFOCUS, SAS, SQL/GBQ, or Python.
• Experience with BI tools preferred.

Job description

With little supervision, deliver desired and sustainable high-level business reporting and analysis. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of AutoZone’s reporting and analysis operations. Provide feedback and possible direction to less experienced peers to ensure the team is delivering the desired results. Support customers and business users by applying domain knowledge, solving problems, and high-level training peers. Properly model and support data sets created for the general use of reporting. Test and validate reporting. Provide feedback as needed to ensure all department and IT standards are being met. Create and modify standards within our department to deliver better and faster results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide high-level reporting and analysis support to customers and business users.

Understand tasks assigned and propose solutions with limited supervision.

Responsible for own changes and fully accountable for report functionality and data integrity.

Accurate work planning and execution; accurate project and time tracking.

Model data that prevents duplicating processes.

Help with the development of less experienced AutoZoners.

REQUIREMENTS

High business knowledge to propose solutions and deliver desired results.

Technical skills may include mid-level experience with one or more of: WebFOCUS, SAS, SQL/GBQ, Python , BI Tools, Google Looker is a plus.

Will have limited technical supervision to complete tasks.

High-level problem-solving and analytical skills to provide ad-hoc reporting to users.
