Job summary

AutoZone de México is seeking a data-oriented professional to enrich the auto parts electronic catalog data from validation through publication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across MDM and Legacy systems.

Responsibilities include handling large data volumes with Excel and SQL, maintaining process documentation, and supporting senior analysts on special projects, while ensuring data integrity for timely publishing.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent training.
• Engineering, automotive, mechanics, industrial, business, computer systems, information technology, communication, marketing background preferred.
• Basic data processing and Excel skills required.
• Knowledgeable on automobiles and auto parts is a plus.

Job description

Responsible for the auto parts electronic catalog data enrichment process, from data validation to publishing of the assigned categories. Interprets, analyzes, researches, validates, cleans, standardizes, optimizes, inputs, and updates the catalog data ensuring process output meets cost, time, quality, integrity, consistency, and service standards.

• Applies advanced data entry, excel, macros, and database management skills to process medium/large amounts of data that meet requirements in a reasonable time.
• Can create, modify, and standardize process documentation, reports, guidelines, and aids.
• Keeps production records and backups.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 90% Content Operations - Responsible for the electronic catalog data notes and applications enrichment in the MDM and Legacy processes, from data validation, interpretation, analysis, standardization, input, and update to publishing to the PIC and Parts Pro. Processes large amounts of data ensuring to meet complex requirements, as well as cost, time, quality, integrity, consistency, and service standards. Write and maintain process documentation, reports, guidelines, and aids.
• 10% Team Support - Support Content Analyst Sr peers with special projects and programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level of formal education: An associate degree (two-year program) or equivalent formal training program.
• Area of study: Engineering, automotive, mechanics, industrial, business, computer systems, information technology, communication, marketing
• Years of experience: 0-2 years
• Type of experience: High volume/complex data entry and analysis, content creation, product information, management information systems, automotive industry
• Special certifications or technical skills: Basic data processing and information systems management. Basic Microsoft Excel
• Other/preferred: Knowledgeable on automobiles and auto parts, SQL server basic knowledge, fast learning, retention, thinking/problem solving, focus, attention to detail. bilingual (English-Spanish)
