Responsible for guaranteeing the supply chain of production parts into AILN supply program for the Worldwide Export Operation for both new models and serial models in order to meet Alliance Production plans despite current global semiconductors constraints and other global issues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage SDAR KPI.
  • Manage emergency orders.
  • Control in-house parts and steel requirements.
  • Coordinate EOP activities.
  • Ensure supplier release (firm & forecast).
  • Lead crisis management at suppliers and implement improvement plans to prevent parts shortages.
  • Monitor supplier service rate performance.
  • Manage RDRs.
  • Ensure supplier payment compliance.
  • Recover OT & airfreight costs through credit notes.
  • Facilitate alliance convergence and coordinate with internal departments to guarantee parts supply.
  • Support and guide NISSAN team members.
  • Manage crew skill development and training.

1. Job Knowledge and Skills:

  • Parts control tracking.
  • Transport tracking.
  • Customer service skills.

2. Years of Experience:

  • Recently graduated or 1 year of experience in parts control processes, inside or outside the company.

3. Education:

  • Industrial Engineering or relevant engineering degree.
  • Language: Basic English A2 (200 TOEIC score).

4. Certifications and Skills:

  • Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Negotiation and follow-up with suppliers.
