The Kraft Heinz Company in Mexico City seeks a Management Reporting Manager to lead the GCC MR & Data Foundations team and deliver high-quality financial insights. You will coach analysts, drive automation, and ensure data governance across markets and leadership teams.

You will oversee monthly, quarterly and annual cycles, partner with onshore sub-pillar leads, and build strong stakeholder relationships to enable trusted analytics and strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Education: bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Experience: 8–10+ years in FP&A, controllership or finance transformation with KPI frameworks and data governance.
• Skills: knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the GCC Management Reporting & Data Foundations team and partner with onshore sub-pillar leads.
• Deliver management reporting and insights across business units, channels and product hierarchies.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles with accuracy and on-time delivery of executive packages and KPI dashboards.
• Drive automation opportunities and streamline reporting processes using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake and AI-enabled analytics.
• Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations and master data governance with IT and source-system owners to resolve issues at the source.
• Own KPI dictionary, calculation rules and reporting taxonomy for consistency across MR & Data Foundations.
• Develop team capability through coaching and exposure to modern reporting practices, building bench strength in the GCC.
• Partner with onshore leads and Finance Excellence to align priorities and refine the operating model.

The Management Reporting Manager will be a key leader in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing a team dedicated to supporting the Management Reporting & Data Foundations pillar and its onshore sub-pillar leads (Americas, EPDM and Global). This role bridges day-to-day reporting execution and global standards, ensuring consistent, high-quality financial insights and a trusted data foundation across markets, business units and leadership teams. As the first leadership layer within the GCC MR & Data Foundations team, the Manager will not only deliver high-impact reporting and analysis but also coach and develop a growing team of analysts and SMEs. This position is central to driving reporting efficiency, fostering automation and self-service analytics, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders across the onshore Finance Excellence organization.

• Deliver management reporting and analytical insights across business units, channels and product hierarchies, identifying trends and drivers for senior leadership;
• Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, methodology compliance and on-time delivery of executive packages and KPI dashboards;
• Drive automation opportunities and streamline reporting processes through modern tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Power Automate) and AI-enabled analytics;
• Supervise data quality routines, reconciliations and master data governance activities, partnering with IT and source-system owners to drive issues to resolution at the source;
• Own the KPI dictionary, calculation rules and reporting taxonomy for the team, ensuring consistent application across the MR & Data Foundations pillar;
• Develop team capability through coaching, training and exposure to modern reporting and analytics practices, building a strong bench of MR & Data Foundations talent in the GCC;
• Partner with onshore sub-pillar leads (Americas, EPDM and Global) and the broader Finance Excellence team to align on reporting priorities, transition new activities into the GCC and continuously refine the operating model.

1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;

2. Experience

• 8-10+ years of experience in FP&A, controllership or finance transformation, with exposure to management reporting, KPI frameworks or data governance;
• Good knowledge of enterprise reporting platforms and modern self-service analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake);
• Solid practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Professional finance designation (FPAC, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Accounting/Finance would be an asset;
