AutoZone de México is seeking an Operations Analyst to analyze call volume, track historical data, identify trends, and suggest process improvements for management.
The role designs and maintains shift bids and statistical activity reports, and mobilizes resources when emergencies arise regarding waiting queues.
Responsibilities include staff planning, forecast accuracy, scheduling, and coordinating between Store Technical Support and IT to resolve outages.
