Whirlpool Corporation is seeking an Engineer to develop and deliver world-class equipment and tooling at the RAMOS factory using WCM methodology.

Responsibilities include equipment installation, trial production, startup, and ensuring readiness while coordinating cross-functional activities to optimize cost and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering required.
• 2+ years of experience in developing and delivering controls & automation equipment.
• Experience with commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Install equipment, tooling and technology at the RAMOS factory.
• Run trial production of equipment and tooling.
• Lead startup of equipment and tooling.
• Ensure equipment readiness and manage related issues.
• Coordinate layout, site prep and installation schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor process capability and implement safety reviews.

Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

Minimum requirements

EDUCATION:

• Manufacturing Engineering
• Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering

SKILLS:

• 2+ years of experience in the development and delivery of Controls & Automation equipment.
• 2+ years of experience in commissioning, installation, and handoff contracts for process technologies.

EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.

LANGUAGES:

• English: Intermediate
