Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in HR or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR support or assistant role.
• Familiar with core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, HRIS.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and collect required documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS.
• Respond to employee questions on policies and benefits.
• Support benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data as needed.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist HR team with admin tasks and projects.
• Coordinate virtual employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
