Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR support or HR Assistant roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment, onboarding, and HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews.
• Support onboarding for new hires and ensure documentation is complete.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS.
• Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies and benefits.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and analyze data.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support HR team with admin tasks and projects.
• Organize and coordinate virtual employee engagement activities.
• Contribute to continuous HR process improvements.
