The Credit Maintenance Analyst at Citi is an entry level role focused on capturing and recording data related to credit exposure, obligors and facilities in relevant credit systems, in coordination with the Operations - Services team.

The position emphasizes data quality, monitoring credit exposure, and adherence to Citi’s credit policies while supporting audits and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in credit operations or a similar role.
• Familiarity with internal systems and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project, and Windows domain.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of credit interpretation and documentation processes.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming credit requests, reviewing for completeness and accuracy.
• Analyze credit reports and coordinate action plans and related defects.
• Maintain executive documents tracking requests and changes on credit reports.
• Prepare weekly and monthly audit reports and support audit ratings.
• Prepare portfolio information for internal and external auditors.
