HSBC Global Service Center (GSC) in Mexico is seeking a Risk Screening Processor to join the Screening Utility Operations. You will support negative news screening for international clients, ensuring compliance with policy and timely remediation.

Key tasks include handling requests, performing calls, supporting due diligence projects, and collaborating with CDD teams to resolve bottlenecks. Fluency in English and Microsoft Office skills are required, with a flexible schedule to meet business

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry/functional experience.
• Computer literate with MS Excel, MS Word and Lotus Notes.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Willing to adapt to changes in objectives and processes.
• Balance quality and quantity with a primary focus on quality.

Responsabilidades

• Handling requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Performing outbound/inbound calls, providing excellent customer service on CDD projects.
• Owning remediation problems and working with CDD to resolve bottlenecks.
• Providing practical solutions to issues as they arise.
• Adhering to all performance level agreements at all times.
• Completing other related duties as assigned.
• Developing understanding of the business and product area within CDD.
