Systlabs is seeking a strategic Global Tax Leader to steer the tax agenda from the Mexico City HQ, overseeing compliance across eight jurisdictions and driving optimization initiatives.

The role partners with finance, legal, and regional teams to shape transfer pricing, tax planning, and tax risk management, ensuring adherence to local and international tax laws while delivering sustainable value for the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tax strategy development and alignment with business goals.
• Lead multi-country oversight ensuring timely filings, payments, and reporting.
• Direct tax planning initiatives to minimize liabilities within legal/ethical standards.
• Provide guidance on transfer pricing and arm's length pricing.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of all tax returns including VAT/GST.
• Manage tax audits and disputes across jurisdictions.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks amidst evolving regulations.
