Roquette Laisa España SA is seeking a Head of FP&A Americas to lead budgeting, forecasting and closing processes across the Americas, while partnering with regional leadership and global FP&A. The role sits on the FP&A Leadership Team and drives the transformation roadmap with a focus on analytics, automation and data governance.

The position requires 12+ years in FP&A or finance leadership, with multi-country experience and a team of 4-5 direct reports.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field required.
• MBA and/or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are preferred.
• 12+ years of FP&A, Controlling or Finance Leadership roles in complex international environments.
• Direct team size of 4-5 people.

Responsabilidades

• Lead FP&A activities across Americas, ensuring consistent, reliable and forward-looking performance management.
• Own regional budgeting, forecasting and closing processes aligned with Group standards.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to Americas senior leadership and Business Units.
• Lead deployment of the FP&A Target Operating Model in Americas (Project Unity).
• Champion digital, analytics, automation and AI-enabled FP&A capabilities.
• Drive governance, analytical standards, KPI consistency and continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop a diverse FP&A team across multiple Americas countries.
• Coordinate Regional FP&A Centers of Excellence and ensure strong data quality and governance.
