Genpact is seeking a high-impact Communications lead focusing on employer brand, talent marketing, and employee communications across the Americas. You will shape narratives, build engaging campaigns, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and global teams to attract and retain talent in a fast-moving AI-driven environment.

The role emphasizes strategic storytelling, cross-market localization, and the use of AI tools to drive efficiency while upholding editorial standards.

Formación

• Experience in employer branding, talent marketing, employee communications, or strategic communications in a multinational tech or fast-paced org.
• Strong understanding of Latin America talent landscape and cultural nuances across markets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; Spanish and Portuguese proficiency a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute employer brand and talent marketing programs across Americas.
• Develop scalable employee communications, onboarding journeys, and leadership messaging.
• Plan multi-channel campaigns with digital and traditional touchpoints.
• Create engaging content across formats: stories, videos, newsletters, social posts.
• Leverage AI tools to improve speed and editorial quality while maintaining standards.
