Objective

Responsible of Product ownership, Manufacturing Process Design, Program Launch, Key Milestones (EXCEL) follow-up and execution.

• GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection.

Position Requirements

• Education in Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, Industrial Engineer.
• Advanced English
• More than 5 years of experience in Engineering Areas.
• More than 3 years of experience in leading Manufacturing or Engineering Teams.
• CNC Machining Process experience required.
• Tool Selection & Optimization: Understanding cutting tool materials, geometries, and coatings for different applications.
• Machining Parameters
• Fixture & Workholding Design.
• GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection.
• Process Capability Analysis: Cp, Cpk, and statistical control of machining processes.
• Process Development & Troubleshooting
• Cycle Time Analysis: Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting issues like chatter, tool wear, and dimensional drift.
• CAD/CAM knowledge: SolidWorks, CATIA, NX for design and toolpath generation.
• FMEA for Machining: Identifying risks specific to cutting operations.
• SPC & Control Charts: Monitoring critical dimensions and process stability.
