Traka (Assa Abloy) seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure TechOps Engineer to lead datacenter design and build-out across the Americas. You will support Windows, RedHat Linux, AIX, and VMware/VxRail, while ensuring high availability and DR readiness in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities include configuring AIX systems, SAN/storage, scripting for automation, and coordinating with vendors. AIX security, monitoring, backup (NIM/mksysb), and change control are essential competences.

Formación

• Associate degree required with bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience.
• Certifications in VMware, Linux, AIX required.
• Experience with IBM Power servers in enterprise environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and build-out of Datacenter technologies in the Americas.
• Install, configure, and maintain AIX, Linux, Windows servers.
• Manage VMware hosts, SAN, and Fibre Channel connectivity.
• Automate routines with scripting; monitor performance.
• Ensure 24/7/365 uptime and incident response.
• Document configurations; participate in DR planning and changes.
