Job summary

Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor for the Aerospace Mexico site. You will deliver orientation and technical training, ensuring safe, first-time quality work across the assembly team.

You will analyze learning needs, validate documentation, and partner with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve training programs, while supporting employees and promoting operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural assembly, quality or methods.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orientation and technical training using diverse modalities.
• Document learner scores and maintain attendance records.
• Develop, review and update training programs with SMEs.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and support for staff.
