Bombardier is seeking a Technical Learning Advisor in aircraft manufacturing, based in Aerospace Mexico. You will analyze, develop and deliver learning solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to reinforce safe, first-time quality work.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in structural assembly or related fields, fluent English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel to the US or Montreal as needed.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural assembly, quality, or methods.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to travel to US or Montreal, as required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver orientation and technical training using discussions, presentations, activities and hands‑on equipment training.
• Take attendance, evaluate and document learner scores per process.
• Identify, document, validate and deploy documentation for critical workstation tasks.
• Act as SME to design, review, edit and update training programs with SMEs.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and training for employees.
• Determine remedial learning solutions as gaps arise.
• Lead coaching sessions and provide learner feedback.
• Interact with production leaders and support functions for competency advice.
• Maintain classrooms and inventory.
• Participate in OL governance and events.
• Promote quality and operational excellence.
• Establish plans to reduce compliance gaps.
• Communicate training strategies with stakeholders.
• Support and coordinate special projects.

Position overview

We are looking for a Technical Learning Advisor in aircraft manufacturing. If you have strong aircraft technical background, a good understanding of Technical documentation,and a love for communicating with colleagues, then this role is for you.

You will act as an advisor to analyze, develop, and deliver the best learning solutions. In partnership with cross-functional and inter‑site teams, you will drive continuous improvement, to reinforce safe, first‑time quality aircraft work.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Deliver orientation and technical training, utilizing a variety of modalities: discussions, audio‑visual presentations, interactive activities and hands‑on equipment training.
• Take attendance, evaluate and document learner scores and adhere to coordination process.
• Identify, document, validate, and deploy the documentation for critical tasks on the workstation.
• Act as a subject matter expert to design, review, edit and update existing training programs, in partnership with subject matter experts.
• Provide and/or support on the job coaching and training activities for new and existing employees.
• Determine remedial learning solutions as gaps arise on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Participate in problem solving activities with Learning Business Partners and advise on training needs.Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback to learners.
• Interact with production leaders, employees and support functions to provide competency advice.
• Maintain classrooms and manage inventory.
• Participate actively in OL governance, engagement activities and events.
• Recognize and seize opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Promote quality and operational excellence.
• Establish plans to reduce compliance gaps.
• Communicate with company stakeholders to ensure training strategies are deployed.
• Support and coordinate special projects.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a structural assembler, Quality or Methods agent.
• You have knowledge of technical standards.
• You are an excellent communicator, both orally and in writing.

• You have ease of adaptation and tolerance to change.
• You have good computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
