Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking a Student, Quality Assurance, Metrology to contribute to material integrity and metrology training. Primary location Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M). Shift: Day job; Employee Status: Temporary.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions, monitor quality metrics, and help ensure product conformity through manufacturing and assembly, while gaining hands-on experience in metrology and aviation quality systems.

Qualifications

• Interest in aeronautics with a quality-focused career path.
• Recent graduate with a professional degree in Aeronautics, Materials, Metallurgical, Chemical, or related.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with problem solving tools and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with Office 365.
• Strong innovation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to certifying the integrity of aircraft materials.
• Acquire and develop metrology competencies.
• Promote a culture of quality and ensure compliance with the quality management system.
• Lead manufacturing improvement projects focused on product and process quality.
• Collaborate with support and operations to implement corrective actions.
• Create metrics and reports to help the team meet goals.
• Participate in ensuring product conformity with quality validation during and after manufacturing/assembly.
