Responsibilities include coordinating with the supervisor and branch staff, maintaining vendor and customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and government regulations.

Formación

• 2 years of industry-specific qualification (country specific).
• Strong customer service mindset and reliability.
• Ability to meet training requirement of 52 hours per year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pricing alternatives, routing solutions and technical assistance to clients through internal sales regions (regional and global).
• Respond to requests for proposal, quotation or information timely with market-competitive pricing matching the scope of service.
• Participate in the transition of new business and updates to existing business; assist retention calls and document reviews in CRS.
