Expeditors is a global logistics leader delivering seamless supply chain solutions. The role focuses on ensuring proper and timely movement and clearance of freight within the Customs Brokerage department, while delivering exceptional customer service.

The position requires knowledge of customs processes, data entry accuracy, and strong communication to coordinate with clients and authorities. Training is expected to ensure compliance with OPS and regulatory standards.

Formación

• Good knowledge of customs brokerage process and system essential.
• Understanding of import/export documentation and incoterms.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth and timely customs process flow.
• Ensure accurate and timely client billing.
• Understand all the elements of the import and export customs DLSOP and interpret this information to fulfill our customers’ instructions.
• Transpose customs declaration information into the customs entry system to build a valid declaration.
• Interact with customs authorities to address issues during the clearance process.
