Job summary

FedEx in Mexico seeks a logistics specialist to support regional customs and import/export processes. Under supervision, you will apply specialist knowledge to review procedures and help design, develop and implement processes to enable efficient air shipments.

You will prepare internal customs documents, maintain records, and coordinate with carriers and internal teams. Requirements include a High School diploma, English at 450 TOEIC, and at least two years in freight/cargo customs, plus

• High School diploma required.
• Proficiency in English (450 TOEIC).
• Two years in freight/cargo customs environment.
• Knowledge of FedEx applications (VISA, CAGE, COSMOS).

Responsibilities

• Applies specialist knowledge to support cross-department processes.
• Participates/leads design, development and implementation of processes.
• Prepares internal customs documents for import/export via air.
• Prepares international manifests and maintains organized customs records.
• Perform sorting, baggage support at airport and station, and retrieve air freight as required.
