Neoris, Inc. is seeking an Automation & AI Governance Lead to drive modernization of end-user support platforms through a robust governance framework for automation and AI.

You will serve as the technical authority and people leader for internal teams while coordinating selected technology vendors to deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned AIOps solutions. You will consolidate fragmented automation initiatives into a single documented ecosystem, ensuring compliance with enterprise

Formación

• 5+ years in automation engineering, solutions architecture, or IT consulting in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on vendor management experience overseeing outsourcing and MSPs.
• Proven leadership of internal teams and external partners.
• Experience implementing AI solutions; technology-agnostic approach.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture standards, security, and governance.
• Fluent English across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define, document, and enforce governance standards for Automation Anywhere and AI solutions.
• Lead internal teams and coordinate vendors to ensure quality, security, and architecture compliance.
• Develop and implement AI strategies using GenAI tools and Azure services.
• Assess requirements and select optimal automation (RPA, scripting, AI)
• Execute PoCs and provide hands-on guidance for medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
• Audit, consolidate, and centralize fragmented automation efforts into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Manage relationships with outsourcing and MSP vendors and monitor delivery quality.
• Collaborate with global teams to align automation and AI with enterprise architecture and security guidelines.
