EPAM NEORIS is seeking an Automation & AI Governance Lead to unify and govern automation and AI initiatives across the enterprise, acting as the technical authority and people leader.

You will define governance standards for Automation Anywhere and AI, lead internal teams, manage vendors, run PoCs, and align with security and enterprise architecture.

Experience in Automation Engineering, Solutions Architecture, and strong English is required; Azure and GenAI experience preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of Automation Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or IT consulting in enterprise environments.
• Advanced Automation Anywhere certification, including agentic automation.
• Experience managing outsourcing or managed services providers.
• Ability to lead internal teams and coordinate external partners.
• Knowledge of AI, enterprise architecture, and security governance.

We are looking for an Automation & AI Governance Lead (AIOps) to drive the modernization of our end-user support platforms through a robust Governance Framework for Automation and Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will act as the technical authority and people leader for internal engineering teams while coordinating selected technology vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned AIOps solutions.
