Outlier seeks a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft prompts that challenge AI models. This remote Latin America program offers flexible hours and real impact on AI systems used by leading companies.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science, have production code experience, and communicate clearly in English. This is a 1099 contract with earnings up to $34 per hour plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code: identify errors, inconsistencies and quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy, instruction following and presentation.
• Write clear, well-structured computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
