Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to join its Coding Program as QA Coders. This remote, Latin America–friendly role involves reviewing AI-generated code, rating model responses, and crafting clear prompts to push AI coding capabilities.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, have production code experience, and communicate fluently in English with strong attention to detail. Flexible, freelance, 1099 arrangement offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar and style.

Mansioni

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models.
