Job summary

Salesforce's MXC Global Creative team is seeking an AI Lead, Creative Technology & Systems to drive innovative visual workflows. You will combine commercial film direction with generative tools to push post-production forward, delivering 4K cinematic assets at enterprise speed.

Reporting to Senior Manager of Motion Design, you will build pipelines for rapid concepting and generative video creation, while guiding art direction, quality control, and tool adoption across the team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of film direction and generative artistry experience.
• Hands-on mastery of AI tools—Midjourney, Kling, ChatGPT, Runway, ComfyUI.
• Hybrid art direction and storytelling with strong visual literacy.
• Strong collaboration with creative teams and ability to meet enterprise timelines.
• Professional fluency in English for stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce disruptive visual content blending cinematic aesthetics and generative tech.
• Oversee end-to-end visual direction, finishing, and quality control.
• Scale and curate next-gen production pipelines for 4K enterprise output.
• Test and document new generative tools and workflows.
• Coordinate with MXC cell to support static and motion design streams.
