Job summary

Salesforce in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Manager of Motion Design to lead foundational motion identity systems for the global brand. This is a strategic, systems-level role focused on scalable tooling and AI-powered workflows.

You will architect repeatable motion DNA, govern standards, and mentor a global team to deliver systemic origination while partnering with Brand and Creative leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of world-class motion design experience with systems-level work.
• Proven track record of originating motion identity systems.
• Deep expertise in After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to motion/video workflows.
• Executive-level English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to present strategy and systems to senior/C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of AI creative stacks: Kling 3.0, Veo 3.1, Luma Agents, Runway Gen-4.5.
• Ability to build AI-native workflows bridging traditional tools with modern production models.

Responsibilities

• Originate and architect foundational motion identity systems for Salesforce's global brand.
• Develop systemic motion toolkits, templates, and frameworks for global teams.
• Define and govern motion standards ensuring brand compliance across outputs.
• Shift output towards 40% systemic origination, enabling scalable infrastructure.
• Pioneer AI-powered workflows to accelerate motion design at enterprise scale.
• Bridge After Effects with AI workflows and generative tools.
• Present and defend original systems to executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing and Creative leadership to align strategy.
• Lead and mentor a team of motion designers and establish KPI frameworks.
