Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an AI and Knowledge Engineer to join its Business Architecture practice in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. The role blends strong AI engineering with architectural thinking, stakeholder orientation, and knowledge of BIZBOK.

Responsibilities include designing MCP server, APIs, AI agents, and reusable AI services to improve productivity and stakeholder value. The candidate will work with multiple teams across security, data integration and architecture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on capability across LLMs, agent frameworks, MCP, APIs and Python.
• Knowledge of BIZBOK and Business Architecture concepts is a plus.
• Ability to translate use cases into scalable AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an MCP server, APIs, and services with governed access to the Bizzdesign repository.
• Develop AI agents, agentic workflows and chat capabilities to boost productivity.
• Implement RAG, vector databases, structured retrieval, provenance and hybrid retrieval.
• Demonstrate strong systems thinking, security, testing, and observability.
• Collaborate with Business Architecture, AI/platform, data, security, and technology teams.
