KTSA – KPMG Technology Services Americas is seeking a role focused on building and maintaining a centralized inventory of AI-related systems, tools, and data across the enterprise. You will coordinate with security, governance, and business teams to document ownership, purpose, and lifecycle, while tracking data quality and completeness.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data stewardship, and the creation of dashboards and templates to support responsible AI initiatives and regulatory alignment

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with 1–3 years in information security, technology risk, IT governance, data management, compliance, or related tech functions.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand AI-enabled systems, software applications, cloud services, vendor platforms, data flows, and ownership models.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to collect, structure, validate, and maintain detailed information across multiple stakeholders and systems.
• Capacity to work with incomplete information, identify gaps, and drive tasks to completion with attention to quality and data integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain a centralized inventory of systems, applications, tools, use cases, models, agents, integrations, and supporting tech components across the enterprise.
• Gather, validate, and organize foundational AI system information for security, governance, compliance, risk, and oversight.
• Coordinate with business, technology, security, privacy, legal, risk, and governance stakeholders to collect AI system details and document ownership and purpose.
• Track inventory attributes: owner, use case, vendor, deployment environment, data classification, model usage, integrations, lifecycle status.
• Identify data gaps and ownership issues; follow up with system owners to improve completeness and data quality.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, status updates, and templates to support AI inventory and responsible AI enablement.
