Peek Travel Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who works AI-first, focusing on agent orchestration and end-to-end feature delivery.

You will design, build, and operate systems spanning ACME operations tools, scheduling widgets, and enterprise-grade solutions for operators in the experiences industry. The role emphasizes shipping real product features with AI-assisted development, maintaining high code quality, and collaborating with Product and Design to close gaps in specifications.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional development using Java and/or JavaScript with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Strong backend fundamentals including API design, data modeling, SQL, and service reliability.
• Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) in production workflows.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
• Strong system design instincts and the ability to reason about scale and failure modes.
• Clear communicator who can articulate technical decisions and challenge specs constructively.
• Interest in Elixir or functional programming as stack evolves.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and break down ambiguous product problems into concrete, well-scoped tasks for agents to execute and ship features.
• Design and operate complex agent orchestration systems that ship real product features.
• Design APIs and data models that are clean, maintainable, and scalable.
• Contribute to an AI-first engineering culture, sharing patterns and documentation.
• Review AI-generated outputs and ensure code quality before production.
