Jobgether SRL is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a focus on AI-first development, based in Mexico. You will join an autonomous team, building high-scale software with Java/Spring Boot on the backend and Angular/TypeScript on the frontend, using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery and maintain strong security practices.

The role offers remote work with independence, continuous learning, and high-impact product ownership, collaborating closely with Product to shape what gets built

Formación

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience with AI coding assistants or agentic development workflows.
• Ability to critically review AI-generated code for robustness and security.
• Understanding of secure software development and threat landscapes.
• Experience owning apps across design, development, deployment and cloud infrastructure.
• Self-directed, autonomous, results-oriented work style with minimal supervision.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own product development within an autonomous engineering team, collaborating with Product Managers to define priorities and solutions.
• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot backend and Angular/TypeScript frontend.
• Use AI-powered development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate coding, testing and delivery while upholding standards.
• Review AI-generated code for functionality, architecture, scalability and security.
• Take end-to-end ownership of software delivery from design through deployment and cloud infra.
• Apply modern application security practices and proactively identify vulnerabilities.
• Shift between frontend and backend priorities based on product impact and business needs.
• Contribute to a results-oriented, meeting-light culture with strong autonomy and technical decision-making.
