Nymbus in Monterrey is seeking a Product Lead, AI (Builder) to own end-to-end product development within a high-autonomy squad. You’ll shape specifications, design system behavior, and leverage AI-assisted workflows to deliver shippable software.

You’ll work closely with an Architect and a Shipper, in a hybrid setup (3 days in office, 2 remote), applying AI-first approaches to transform bank-grade product experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years in product and/or engineering roles within fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Experience with core banking or digital banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of regulated financial workflows.
• Proven ability to design and ship working software end-to-end.
• Advanced English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end product specifications and system behavior.
• Collaborate with Architect and Shipper on API design and data models.
• Iterate with AI tools to produce working software.
• Translate business needs into buildable specifications for the squad.
