The role centers on elevating judgment, designing living systems, and ensuring knowledge is captured and reused across projects. Leadership will empower teams while maintaining strong governance and feedback loops.

Responsabilidades

• Design the AI-First Delivery System spanning idea → delivery → learning.
• Elevate judgment as core delivery skill and articulate tradeoffs.
• Operate delivery as a living system with measurable signals.
• Use Certinia as observability to surface patterns and track reality.
• Develop consultants and developers who understand the full delivery system.
