Job summary

PALO IT is hiring a Tech Lead / Architect in CDMX to steer the technical delivery of full stack solutions, align architecture with client goals, and mentor delivery teams on scalable, secure, and maintainable implementations.

You will blend hands-on coding with leadership, promote Gen-e2 AI-first engineering, and collaborate with international clients to drive high-quality results and lasting impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership responsibility.
• Proven full-stack development with C#, .NET, React, Node.js.
• Experience in software architecture including microservices and DDD.
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, EF Core and data modeling.
• Understanding of cloud basics and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of full stack solutions and guide teams.
• Establish engineering standards for scalable, secure, maintainable systems.
• Design REST APIs and integrations with proper security.
• Mentor engineers and drive Gen-e2 AI-first methodology adoption.
• Collaborate with international clients and cross-functional teams.
