Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Monterrey, MX seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the ROX program, analyze processes, and elevate operational excellence across the site. You will lead Lean, Six Sigma initiatives, manage the ideas system, coach teams, and collaborate with cross‑functional peers while advancing KPIs and culture of continuous improvement.

• Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.
• Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.
• Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.
• Promote Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.

Reporting to Continuous Improvement Leader, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategy planning. Develop the culture of continuous improvement among all organization.

Main Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement area.
• Lean knowledge Green Belt Certified (Black Belt).
• Education Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.
• The preferred – You Might also have Experience providing Lean Training in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Coach.
• Advance English.
• Peers and lead teams.
• SAP experience.
• Demonstrated experience and project management skills
