Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an experienced AI Product/PM to bridge business process owners and AI engineers in a global tech environment. You will oversee the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from ideation to deployment, while ensuring scale and reuse across operations.

You will collaborate across large teams, shape use cases, drive adoption, and comply with AI policies, reporting to the AI COE. Hybrid work policy applies in Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years in product management, software engineering, or data science.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Experience building production-grade AI services and automation pipelines.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing, collect structured feedback, and incorporate operational signals to improve solution quality and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with Rockwell AI policies, risk controls, and data handling standards throughout development and deployment.
• Represent the AI COE in interactions with business process owners and advocate for the use of AI.

The Essentials - You Will Have

• Bachelor's degree

The Preferred - You Might Also Have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, software engineering, data science, or related experience
• Professional communication abilities (written and verbal) The determination and persistence to improve results Python proficiency with experience building production‑grade services and automation pipelines
• Hands‑on experience designing and deploying GenAI / LLM‑based applications
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and GenAI evaluation techniques
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud‑native deployment patterns
• Experience integrating solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Graph API in enterprise environments
• Identified automation opportunities and delivered scripted and workflow‑based solutions using AI tools
• Collaborated within structured delivery models and cross‑functional technical teams
