Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. seeks a Manager, Enablement Architect - Playbook to craft scalable, compliant enablement assets for self-service AI adoption across the organization.

You’ll design playbooks, templates, and toolkits, collaborating with Legal, P&O, and Responsible AI teams to embed governance into adoption materials. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Learning, Digital Technologies, UX Design, Healthcare, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in enablement, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, knowledge management, transformation, or capability building.
• Proven experience developing playbooks, toolkits, job aids, training materials, or knowledge repositories for enterprise users.
• Excellent writing, communication, and user-centered design skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop reusable AI adoption playbooks, workflow guides, prompt libraries, readiness checklists, and enablement toolkits.
• Design practical learning experiences for safe AI experimentation.
• Ensure materials comply with legal, privacy, security, and Responsible AI standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to include governance requirements.
• Create manager and champion resources to support sustainable adoption.
• Maintain content standards, taxonomy, update cycles, and governance.
• Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve experiences.
• Monitor asset usage and adoption trends to enhance content.
