HH Global Group seeks an exceptional visual storyteller who combines creativity, technology, and self-management to lead Sustainable Creative Production (SCP). You will own end-to-end projects, manage client expectations, and translate briefs into AI-generated, brand-compliant assets.

Responsibilities include high-fidelity content production, rapid localization for Mexico/Brazil markets, and maintaining quality across AI workflows. Strong English, Adobe CC, and portfolio are required.

Formación

• 5+ years as a multidisciplinary designer or art director in an agency.
• Advanced English with professional client conversations.
• Specialization in Prompt Engineering and Generative AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and strong presentation skills (Google Slides).
• Understanding of typography, layout, color theory, photography, and copy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-fidelity static and social content using AI-driven workflows.
• Rapidly produce and adapt assets for Mexico and Brazil markets via AI localization and Asset Studio+.
• Ensure AI-generated content adheres to Google Brand Guidelines and AI Safety Policies.
• Oversee quality of artworks produced with AI-augmented workflows.
• Attend client calls and manage expectations and deliverables.
• Own project development: calendars, scheduling, and prioritization.
• Manage end-to-end projects from prompt engineering to final artwork.
• Ensure KPIs and SLAs with the client are followed by the team.
