3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead AI-driven delivery across strategic client engagements. You will translate executive vision into structured programs, own the full lifecycle, and serve as a technical delivery lead beyond coordination.

Responsibilities include managing AI-enabled SDLC, client relationships, governance, and ensuring quality and risk controls while enabling rapid adoption of Helix AI and Lightwave frameworks.

Formación

• Engineering foundation is required.
• Experience leading AI-enabled delivery initiatives.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagements where AI agents are embedded across the SDLC.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and client trust with human-in-the-loop oversight.
• Define engagement scope, approach, and solution architecture prior to contract execution.
• Translate client requirements into structured delivery commitments with clear risks and effort estimates.
• Manage multiple client accounts with end-to-end program execution.
