Formación

• 2+ years of experience in social media (agency preferred).
• Proactive in staying current with trends, updates and platform changes.
• Experience managing social strategies for multiple clients across industries.
• Ability to craft unique brand voices and authentic content.
• Data-driven approach to optimize campaigns and KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Social Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive social media campaign strategies tailored to each client's goals and target audience, including influencer relationships.
• Influencer Programming Strategy & Production: Drive influencer programming, negotiate deliverables, and report on performance.
• Autonomous Workflow Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines for multiple client accounts.
• Creative Strategy Development: Draft on-brand copy and creative for posts and briefs using past performance data and trends.
• Social Content Execution: Build monthly content calendars with consistent posting schedules and themes.
• Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social trends and platform changes.
• Collaborative Team Meetings: Share insights and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.
• Client Communication: Provide regular updates on campaigns and recommendations for improvement.
• Leverage AI technologies to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem within the department.
