EPAM Systems Inc is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance Talent Acquisition strategies through innovative recruitment marketing and AI-enabled workflows. You will collaborate with the TA team to optimize campaigns, improve candidate interactions, and deploy digital tools to attract elite talent.

The role emphasizes strategic marketing methods, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing and recruitment teams to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing operations or recruitment marketing.
• English at B2 level or higher with strong writing.
• Proficient with marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot).
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Content marketing, social media, and PPC experience.
• Excellent writing abilities.
• Data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of candidate personas and recruitment funnels.
• Strong collaboration within diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Execute and manage email campaigns, multi-channel promotional campaigns, referral campaigns, and events for recruitment objectives.
• Identify and partner with tools and vendors aligned with marketing targets.
• Draft detailed requirements for the product team to improve marketing operations and screening processes.
• Manage internal recruitment tools to segment candidates for streamlined operations.
• Develop and manage automated email flows to pre-screen candidates.
• Collaborate with TA to craft engaging job descriptions and content.
• Explore and implement AI-driven automation in recruitment marketing.
• Liaise with stakeholders to define AI applications, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Serve as the intermediary between technical, marketing, and recruitment teams for AI integration.
