Job summary

Accenture México is seeking a results-driven PMO/Project Coordinator to support service delivery and product operations across cross-functional teams in Monterrey. You will coordinate activities, track resources and budgets, and prepare dashboards and executive summaries to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, operations, information systems, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting project management, service delivery, product operations, portfolio management, or a comparable business function.
• Working knowledge of project planning, governance, risk and issue management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; experience with project or portfolio management platforms is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and produce clear reports for different stakeholder audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Project management certification or familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, automation, analytics, or productivity tools is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and operational activities to support timely, high-quality delivery against commitments.
• Track resource capacity, allocations, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support demand intake, prioritization, forecasting, and resource planning processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate status reports, dashboards, governance materials, financial updates, and executive-ready summaries.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up actions to improve accountability and transparency.
• Promote standard project management methods, templates, controls, and reporting practices across supported teams.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and documentation on project management requirements, tools, and ways of working.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create models, tools, and recommendations that strengthen planning, prioritization, and business decision-making.
• Explore appropriate uses of AI tools to streamline routine work, enhance analysis, improve reporting, and increase team productivity.
