Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, finance, operations, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting project management, service delivery, product operations, portfolio management, or similar function.
• Working knowledge of project planning, governance, risk/issue management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams; familiarity with project/portfolio management platforms is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and produce clear reports for stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project and operational activities to support timely, high-quality delivery against commitments.
• Track resource capacity, allocations, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets; escalate when needed.
• Support demand intake, prioritization, forecasting, and resource planning with stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate status reports, dashboards, governance materials, financial updates, and executive summaries.
• Facilitate project reviews and governance meetings, planning sessions, and follow-up actions to improve accountability.
• Promote standard project management methods, templates, controls, and reporting practices across teams.
• Develop and deliver training, guidance, and documentation on project management requirements, tools, and ways of working.
• Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints, and opportunities for improvement.
• Create models, tools, and recommendations that strengthen planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
• Explore uses of AI tools to streamline routine work and boost productivity.
