Pavago is seeking an AI-first Growth Marketing Manager to lead hands-on execution across organic growth, content, and SEO. You will build scalable marketing systems, collaborate with designers and developers, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and optimization.

You will own social media, content production, website infrastructure, and marketing operations, driving measurable growth in a remote role with cross-border collaboration. Strong English communication is required.

Formación

• Hands-on experience executing growth or digital marketing initiatives.
• Strong experience managing organic social media across major platforms.
• Strong content creation and content management capabilities.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into real marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper AI, Copy.ai.
• Experience with Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Working experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and organic growth.
• Strong project coordination and marketing operations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute organic growth strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter).
• Create and manage blog content, social media content, PR content, and marketing assets.
• Repurpose long-form content into platform-specific formats to maximize reach.
• Collaborate with designers to create engaging assets using Canva.
• Manage publishing and scheduling through Buffer, Hootsuite, or related platforms.
• Monitor engagement and continuously optimize content performance.
• Use AI tools to accelerate marketing execution, ideation, drafting, and optimization.
• Apply AI to research, campaign analysis, workflow automation, and content repurposing.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies, keyword research, backlink initiatives, and technical on-page improvements.
• Coordinate website and content initiatives with Astro and headless WordPress; ensure scalable publishing.
• Track performance with HubSpot, GA, and related platforms; build and maintain reports.
• Support marketing initiatives across email, Google Ads, and revenue operations.
