• 1–3 years of experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Campaign Management, Customer Success, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and manage account operations, set up workspaces and track next steps.
• Deliver clear weekly client updates and manage action items, risks, blockers, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with content teams to ensure timely delivery and assist with SEO initiatives.
• Support blog publishing and content updates, plus social media content execution (e.g., TikTok).
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers and team members; suggest workflow improvements and explore AI tools.
