Infoblox is hiring an AI Digital Experience Engineer for its HR Operations team in Mexico City. You will create AI‑powered experiences for employees, managers, and candidates, turning designs into working agents, workflows, and conversational interfaces.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams, configure and test solutions, and uphold privacy and security standards in a fast‑moving AI‑first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in software/systems development, automation engineering, or digital experience (or 3+ years with a Master’s).
• Experience with low‑code/no‑code and automation platforms and GenAI tooling.
• Strong scripting, APIs and enterprise integrations; ability to translate processes into reliable solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Translate needs into AI driven experiences (agents, tools, apps).
• Build AI agents, workflows, and conversational experiences on listed platforms.
• Implement use cases end‑to‑end: configuration, prompts, integrations, testing.
• Deflect routine questions and guide users to next steps; ensure official sources are used.
• Collaborate with SMEs and partners to identify friction and improve experiences.
• Test, monitor, and optimize experiences; ensure privacy, security, and compliance.
