Amazon Mexico's Legal Department is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join the Mexico Legal team. This role blends legal research with front-line execution, translating regulatory mandates into actionable policies that protect consumers while addressing disputes and ensuring timely redress for compliance gaps.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, litigation and AI/automation, leveraging technology to scale operations and improve workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Spanish (speak, read, write).
• Experience in regulatory compliance, litigation support, consumer protection, or product safety.
• 1+ years using AI tools, automation platforms, or technology solutions to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Research and advise on laws and regulations and implement compliance actions.
• Balance customer/seller needs with compliance obligations and monitor controls.
• Scale compliance solutions across geographies with global partners.
• Leverage AI and automation to enhance monitoring and research.
• Support litigation readiness with documentation and remediation actions.
