Job summary

General Motors Company in Mexico City is seeking a Business Performance Manager to support the commercial organization and dealer network with data-driven insights, KPI tracking, and AI-enabled solutions.

You will develop dashboards, consolidate data from multiple sources, identify trends and risks, coordinate cross-functional projects, and drive automation using AI tools and Power Platform. Strong English skills desirable.

Qualifications

Experience with project coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support commercial organization and dealer network through business analysis, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions.
Monitor and analyze KPIs across sales, dealer operations, and strategic projects.
Develop and maintain reports, scorecards, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Consolidate, validate, and manage data from multiple sources for decision-making.
Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps for business decisions.
Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress against objectives.
Develop AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows for insights.
Communicate and align with internal teams and dealer partners.
